About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features a natural wood table with distinctive curved metal legs and two matching upholstered chairs. Comprised of a rectangular table and two matching chairs, this set showcases a minimalist aesthetic with a focus on clean geometric lines. The table top displays a clear natural wood grain, supported by a unique base featuring slender, curved metal frames at each end. Accompanying the table are two chairs with dark metal frames and light grey fabric upholstery, offering a balanced contrast to the warm timber tones. The design is compact and functional, suitable for intimate dining areas or modern home office environments where space efficiency and refined material selection are prioritised.

The download is a 2.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the table and individual chairs. Users can adjust the material IDs to customise the wood grain or fabric textures according to specific project requirements. The geometry is clean, allowing for efficient placement within a scene or integration into a larger interior design model. Best practice involves checking the scale against your floor plan before merging and ensuring that the light settings are tuned to capture the wood texture accurately.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, compact breakfast nooks, or boutique hospitality settings, this set provides a versatile focal point for contemporary interiors. It pairs well with minimalist decor, industrial-style lighting, and neutral colour palettes. Professionals might search for this asset when specifying furniture for small-scale urban apartments, executive home offices, or modern cafes. The set is particularly effective in projects requiring a balance of organic textures and industrial structural elements, offering a sophisticated solution for both formal and casual interior layouts.
