About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max living room set features a white fabric L-shaped sectional, two blue armchairs, and matching tables. The ensemble centers on a modular L-shaped sectional sofa upholstered in a neutral white fabric, accented by dark grey throw cushions and a throw blanket. Accompanying the sofa are two mid-century inspired armchairs finished in a soft blue fabric with dark tapered legs. The arrangement is completed by a circular grey coffee table with metallic legs, a square side table with a glass surface and gold-toned frame, and a large area rug in a muted grey tone. Each piece is designed with clean, minimalist lines suitable for modern interior compositions.

The download is a 123 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 6 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers by object type, allowing for easy selection and manipulation. Users can modify the material IDs to adjust fabric textures or metallic finishes across the entire set. The assets are scaled for real-world proportions, making them suitable for direct insertion into interior scenes. It is recommended to utilise instance copies for repetitive elements and ensure proper UV mapping if applying custom fabric patterns to the upholstery components.

This lounge set is ideal for high-end residential projects, hotel lobbies, and contemporary showroom designs. It provides a cohesive, ready-to-render solution for open-plan living areas or large reception spaces. Designers often pair this arrangement with neutral wall treatments to allow the contrast between the white sofa and blue armchairs to define the space.
