About this asset

This contemporary living room set for SketchUp features a white fabric sofa, armchair, ottoman, and marble-top coffee table. This cohesive living room ensemble features a 3-seater sofa, a matching armchair, an ottoman, and a rectangular coffee table. Each piece is constructed with a rich walnut-toned timber frame, showcasing curved joinery and a clean, linear aesthetic. The seating elements are upholstered in a light, off-white fabric with generous cushioning and integrated side tables at the ends of the sofa and armchair. The coffee table serves as a focal point, pairing a matching walnut base with a polished, veined black marble tabletop, creating a sophisticated contrast against the lighter upholstery.

The download is a 53.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised into components to facilitate easy placement and material adjustments. Users should check layer tags to manage the visibility of individual pieces or the rug separately. Scaling is straightforward, though maintaining the proportional integrity of the timber frames is recommended. Materials are applied as standard SketchUp textures, allowing for quick swaps or further refinement using render-ready materials if necessary. Ensure the model is correctly oriented on the floor plane before grouping for library storage.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this set fits perfectly into modern open-plan living rooms or high-end hotel lobby lounge areas. It pairs well with neutral palettes, timber flooring, or textured area rugs. Professionals searching for 'contemporary lounge furniture', 'walnut living room set', or 'designer sofa and coffee table' will find this model suitable for concept development, spatial planning, and final visualisation. It provides a complete, balanced arrangement that simplifies the process of furnishing large residential spaces or hospitality seating zones.
