About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp bar stool set features a textured white boucle seat supported by a slender, minimalist black metal frame. This pair of bar stools presents a refined, minimalist aesthetic suitable for modern interiors. Each stool is defined by a softly squared, upholstered seat finished in a tactile white boucle fabric that provides a gentle contrast to the stark geometry of the base. The support structure consists of four slim, powder-coated black metal legs interconnected by a square-profile footrest, ensuring stability while maintaining an airy, lightweight appearance. The proportions are balanced, offering a compact footprint that works well in tight spaces. The overall design prioritizes clean lines and material texture over complex ornamentation.

The download is an 8.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, load these stools as a component to ensure efficient project management. Scale the objects to match specific counter or bar heights as required for your interior layout. Apply custom materials to the seat or frame if you need to match specific project palettes. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer or tag to manage visibility during the design process, and utilize the native geometry to generate accurate elevations or sections for construction documentation.

These stools are well-suited for kitchen islands, breakfast bars, and high-top dining tables in residential or hospitality projects. They pair effectively with contemporary or scandinavian-inspired kitchens, particularly when placed against marble or wood surfaces. Architects and interior designers often search for these when specifying seating for cafe counters, hotel breakfast areas, or modern home bars. The neutral colour palette allows them to integrate into a wide range of colour schemes, from monochromatic minimalist spaces to warmer, more eclectic interiors.
