Contemporary White and Wood Spindle Chair with Desk Set

This 3ds Max set features a contemporary spindle-back chair paired with a wall-mounted wooden desk, ideal for compact home office interiors. This furniture set comprises a spindle-style chair and a floating wall-mounted desk. The chair features a white-painted frame with characteristic turned spindles forming the backrest, supported by natural wood splayed legs and a grey upholstered seat pad. The accompanying desk is a minimalist rectangular unit finished in a warm wood veneer, featuring a single drawer with a dark circular pull. The front of the drawer is accented with a metallic trim, creating a clean, structured appearance. Both pieces share a light, airy aesthetic suitable for modern residential work or dressing areas.

The download is a 22.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy separation of the chair and desk components. Users should ensure pivot points are correctly placed at the base of the chair and the rear of the desk for efficient placement against walls or floors. Materials are applied using standard mapping coordinates; users can adjust the wood grain orientation or fabric texture tiling to suit specific lighting conditions within the scene without needing complex UV unwrapping adjustments.

This set is suited for residential home office designs, bedroom dressing areas, or small-scale studio apartments where floor space is at a premium. It pairs well with minimalist interior styles, natural timber flooring, and neutral wall palettes. Architects and interior designers might search for this as a wall-mounted desk unit or a compact workspace solution. It is highly effective for staging professional interior renders, providing a functional yet visually unobtrusive element that maintains a sense of openness in smaller living spaces.
