The download is a 44.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised by object type, allowing for individual manipulation of the chairs, bench, and table components. Users should ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned for easy placement within a scene. The materials utilise standard mapping coordinates, which can be adjusted to suit custom render engine presets. Lighting the integrated fireplace element requires careful placement of self-illuminated materials or light objects to achieve the desired glow, while the marble and wood textures should be checked for scale consistency upon insertion.
