Contemporary Walnut Dining Set with Four Chairs

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features a rectangular walnut table and four matching chairs with curved backrests. This dining set comprises a rectangular table supported by a substantial central pedestal base on a flat rectangular plinth, finished in a dark walnut veneer with a visible grain pattern. The four accompanying chairs exhibit mid-century influence, featuring curved, sweeping backrests that integrate into the rear legs. The seats are finished in a lighter, natural wood tone, creating a subtle contrast against the dark frame. The set is presented as a cohesive unit, including a simple glass vase and floral arrangement as decorative accessories, maintaining clean lines and a balanced composition suitable for refined dining spaces.

The download is a 17.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised by layers, allowing for easy selection of individual chairs or the central table. The textures are mapped for realistic wood grain orientation. When integrating this into a scene, ensure the pivot points are set to the base of the objects for simple floor-plane placement. Users can adjust the material IDs to modify the wood stain or finish if needed, while the geometry remains clean for efficient rendering in various lighting setups.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, compact breakfast nooks, or boutique hospitality settings like cafes and small restaurants, this set provides a polished, unified aesthetic. Its mid-century inspired design pairs well with minimalist or contemporary interiors, complementing hardwood flooring or neutral wall palettes. Architects and interior designers often search for such sets when specifying complete furniture packages for apartments or renovation projects. The neutral palette ensures versatility, making it a reliable choice for staging high-end residential listings or visualizing modern open-plan living areas.
