About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp interior scene features a luxury helical staircase with integrated lighting, marble finishes, and sculptural decor. This sophisticated interior scene centres on a sweeping helical staircase defined by a striking combination of materials. The treads are finished in dark, veined marble, complemented by integrated LED strip lighting that provides a soft, ambient glow along the risers. The outer balustrade is a solid, curved panel finished in a polished metallic tone, providing a clean, sculptural aesthetic. The surrounding space includes light timber wall panelling and grey marble floor tiles, while a circular feature light and abstract metallic figurine on a marble plinth enhance the high-end, gallery-like atmosphere.

The download is a 17.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this SketchUp scene into a project, users should manage the file via a dedicated component layer to maintain model performance. The staircase and interior elements are grouped, allowing for easy placement and scaling within larger architectural models. Textures are mapped for high-quality visualisation, though users may need to re-link material paths if paths are broken. The scene is organised to allow for individual extraction of the staircase assembly or the decorative furniture pieces for use in other project files.

Ideal for high-end residential, luxury hotel lobbies, or boutique retail showrooms, this staircase serves as a prominent architectural feature. It is well-suited for conceptual design stages or presentation-ready visualisations where a strong, modern focal point is required. Professionals searching for elegant circulation elements, sculptural interior details, or sophisticated lobby design assets will find this component highly effective. It pairs seamlessly with minimalist interior palettes, contemporary lighting fixtures, and high-specification finishes, helping to establish a refined, cohesive aesthetic in high-specification architectural projects.
