Contemporary Walnut and Acrylic 8-Seater Dining Set

This contemporary 8-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a walnut-topped table with a transparent acrylic base and matching chairs. This dining ensemble features an expansive rectangular table with a rich walnut finish, supported by a distinct, structural acrylic pedestal base that creates a floating visual effect. Accompanying the table are eight armchairs, each crafted from curved walnut wood frames with integrated armrests and upholstered seats in a neutral, off-white fabric. The chairs follow a minimalist silhouette with tapered legs, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic. The clean lines and contrast between the warm, organic wood tones and the cold, transparent synthetic material provide a refined look suitable for modern interior dining spaces.

The download is a 33.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 9 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this set is organised into logical groups for easy scene management. Users can manipulate the table and chairs as separate entities or as a unified assembly. The materials are structured to allow for quick adjustments to the wood grain orientation or the transparency settings of the acrylic base. It is recommended to check the pivot points upon insertion to ensure the chairs align correctly with the table edge and floor plane for accurate rendering and placement within your interior architectural visualisations.
