Contemporary Upholstered Sectional Sofa with Chaise Set

This contemporary sectional sofa set for SketchUp features four distinct fabric colourways with matching cushions and material swatches. This collection presents a modular sectional sofa configuration featuring a clean-lined, deep-seated design with an integrated chaise longue. The pieces are finished in four distinct fabric textures: vibrant magenta, deep forest green, muted crimson, and a sophisticated charcoal blue. Each sofa includes a set of coordinating throw cushions, providing a layered, comfortable aesthetic. The design prioritises a soft, plush appearance, suitable for relaxed residential or hospitality lounge environments. The set includes corresponding rectangular material swatches for each colourway, allowing for easy identification and application of textures within project files.

The download is a 165 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are managed as grouped components, allowing for efficient placement and scaling within a floor plan or interior perspective. Users can easily swap the material textures by navigating to the materials tab and applying the provided swatches to the geometry. The modular nature of the sectional allows for individual adjustment of the chaise position or orientation if required. Keep the model on a dedicated layer to manage scene complexity and ensure smooth navigation when working with multiple furniture assets.
