About this asset

This contemporary living room scene in SketchUp features a modular two-tone sofa, an armchair, and a marble-topped coffee table arrangement. The scene features a low-profile modular sofa with a distinct two-tone aesthetic, combining a tan-coloured chaise section with a white-upholstered main body. The seating is accented with a curated selection of throw cushions in neutral grey and beige tones. A circular coffee table with a dark stone top sits on a geometric marble base, paired with a matching white ottoman and a modern armchair with slender black metal legs. The composition is completed by a textured area rug and integrated side table elements, creating a balanced, cohesive arrangement suitable for high-end residential lounge spaces.

The download is a 197 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp scene, import the component into your master model and utilise the 'Explode' command to access individual furniture pieces for custom placement. Ensure all geometry is placed on a dedicated layer to maintain scene organisation. Apply native SketchUp materials or replace them with your preferred render-ready textures to achieve the desired lighting finish. The modular nature of the sofa allows for easy reconfiguration to suit specific floor plans, while the grouped accessories facilitate quick styling of interior spaces.
