Contemporary Timber and Upholstered Seating Set

This contemporary seating set for SketchUp features two timber dining chairs and a matching bar stool with rounded, ergonomic backrests. This collection comprises three distinct seating elements featuring a cohesive minimalist aesthetic. The set includes a dark-stained timber chair with blue fabric upholstery, a light natural timber chair, and a matching natural timber bar stool. Each piece is defined by a soft, rounded backrest that provides lumbar support, paired with tapered legs and clean, simple joinery. The proportions are balanced, offering a refined profile suitable for modern interiors. The materials are clearly distinguished by the visible wood grain on the frames and the smooth, matte finish of the upholstered seat cushions.

The download is an 11 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are organised as separate components, allowing for easy placement and individual manipulation within a project file. Users can apply custom textures to the wood or fabric surfaces by accessing the native material browser, or scale the components to suit specific counter or table heights. The geometry is clean, facilitating efficient rendering when paired with standard lighting setups or plugins. Ensure the axes are correctly aligned upon insertion to maintain consistent orientation across floor plans and interior elevations.
