About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa scene for SketchUp features a distinct terrazzo-print fabric and includes a complete living room furniture set. The primary element is a modern three-seater sofa upholstered in a bold white fabric with black terrazzo-style flecks. The linear design features square arms and back cushions, complemented by a matching cylindrical ottoman. The scene also includes a round coffee table with a white top and black metal base, a slim side table, a floor lamp, a patterned area rug, and a potted plant. A large, decorative chandelier hangs above the arrangement. The set provides a cohesive, ready-to-use lounge configuration with consistent material finishes across all included pieces.

The download is a 71.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp model directly into an existing scene using the component browser. The elements are grouped by object, allowing for individual adjustments to positioning or rotation. Materials are applied as standard textures; ensure the texture paths are linked correctly if the file is moved. The lighting is composed of individual components, which can be toggled on or off to suit the desired render exposure. Scaling the entire group as a single block maintains the original proportions of the furniture.

This lounge arrangement is suited for residential living rooms, hotel lobby waiting areas, or high-end apartment staging. The monochrome terrazzo aesthetic pairs well with minimalist or contemporary interiors that require a statement piece. Professionals can use this asset for interior design visualisations, architectural presentations, or furniture layout testing.
