Contemporary Teal Velvet Armchair with Contrast Leather Exterior

This contemporary armchair SketchUp model features a teal velvet seat and a sleek black leather exterior shell with slender metal legs. Defined by a bold contrast between textures and tones, this armchair features a plush teal velvet interior upholstery that wraps into a structured, dark leather outer shell. The silhouette is ergonomic, with integrated armrests that flow seamlessly into a contoured backrest. It is supported by thin, tapered metal legs that provide a lightweight aesthetic despite the chair's substantial form. The design includes a small, coordinating accent cushion in a muted red tone, enhancing the depth of the piece. Its proportions are suited for intimate lounge areas or as a statement accent seat.

In SketchUp, this model is managed via components for easy geometry manipulation. Apply materials using the paint bucket tool, ensuring textures are correctly aligned with the curved surfaces of the shell. The geometry is clean, allowing for efficient placement within larger interior scenes without excessive overhead. Use the native scale tool to adjust the chair to specific floor-to-seat heights, and leverage layers to toggle the accent cushion visibility depending on the required level of detail for your specific project renderings.

Ideal for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or executive office waiting areas, this armchair serves as a primary focal point.
