About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa is a SketchUp model featuring vibrant teal leather upholstery and a sleek, low-profile metal base. Defined by its clean, linear silhouette, this 3-seater sofa offers a balanced contemporary aesthetic suitable for modern interiors. The piece features three distinct seat and back cushions upholstered in a vibrant teal leather, providing a smooth, durable finish. It is supported by a minimal, dark-toned metal frame that elevates the seat, contributing to a light, airy appearance. The overall proportions are generous, intended for comfortable lounging, while the stitching details on the cushions add a subtle structural definition to the otherwise minimalist design. It is presented as a clean, singular asset.

The download is a 14.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp model into your project, use the native component import function to place the sofa directly into your scene. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated furniture layer to maintain file organisation. The materials are pre-applied and can be adjusted via the SketchUp material editor if you need to refine the leather texture or colour. Consider using a proxy or simplified geometry if the file density impacts viewport performance during the initial layout and massing stages of your design.

This sofa is ideal for residential living room designs, boutique hotel lobbies, or modern lounge areas where a bold accent piece is required. It pairs effectively with neutral-toned rugs, metallic side tables, and minimalist floor lamps to create a cohesive contemporary space. Professionals searching for a stylish, high-impact seating solution will find this asset versatile for both interior visualisations and project documentation. It is particularly well-suited for mid-to-high-end residential schemes, open-plan apartment layouts, and sophisticated commercial reception areas requiring a refined, modern touch.
