Contemporary Tan Leather Sofa Living Room Set

This contemporary living room set for SketchUp features a tan leather sofa, grey armchair, coffee table, and ottoman on a rug. This curated furniture collection centers on a low-profile, three-seater sofa upholstered in tan leather, featuring deep, plush seat cushions and matching bolster pillows. It is complemented by a contemporary armchair with a minimalist white metal frame and grey fabric upholstery. The central rectangular coffee table is constructed from wood with a lower storage shelf, paired with a small, circular, tufted ottoman in a neutral beige fabric. The set is arranged on a large, textured area rug, creating a cohesive, balanced composition suitable for modern interior design schemes where comfort meets clean, linear aesthetics.

The download is a 83.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp file by importing the entire group into your master model. The assets are organised into distinct layers, allowing for easy selection and placement of individual pieces. Ensure the model origin is set to the floor plane for accurate positioning. You can apply custom textures to the leather and fabric surfaces using the materials editor to match specific project colour palettes. The geometry is clean and scaled for real-world proportions, making it efficient to integrate into larger interior scenes without performance issues.
