About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a grey fabric sectional sofa, leather lounge chair, and marble coffee table. This curated living room arrangement centres on a low-profile, grey fabric sectional sofa with a chaise extension. It is complemented by a dark brown leather lounge chair with thin metal legs, a white marble coffee table, and an abstract sculptural piece on a marble plinth. The set includes a large oval rug, three slender pendant lights, and a framed piece of wall art. Decorative elements such as throw pillows in contrasting textures, a small animal-shaped stool, and various tabletop accessories complete the composition, providing a balanced mix of soft textiles and hard surface finishes.

The download is a 76.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users should verify the scale against their floor plan upon insertion. Materials are mapped with standard textures; ensure that high-resolution maps are applied if moving to a rendering plugin. For lighting, the included pendants can be converted to emissive light sources, or supplemented with an HDRI environment map to achieve realistic ambient illumination within the interior space.

Designed for residential living room layouts, this furniture set is ideal for high-end apartment visualisations or boutique hotel lobby concepts. It integrates seamlessly into contemporary project stages where a fully styled interior is required to communicate scale and atmosphere. Designers often search for these cohesive sets when building out lounge areas or open-plan living zones. It pairs well with neutral palettes and minimalist architectural finishes, providing a ready-made focal point for presentation renders or client mood boards in professional design workflows.
