About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features a low-profile tan leather modular sofa with an integrated black side table and cushions. This contemporary modular sofa features a low-slung, linear profile upholstered in a warm tan leather. The design incorporates a fixed, matte black rectangular side table at one end, creating a seamless transition between seating and surface area. The piece is supported by slender, minimalist black metal legs that lift the frame slightly off the floor. Included in the set are three large rectangular back cushions and two smaller matching scatter cushions, all displaying a soft, lived-in texture. A dark grey throw is draped casually over the seat to add visual depth.

The download is a 99.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this SketchUp model into a project, ensure the components are organized within a dedicated layer for easy toggling during rendering. The model is scaled for standard residential use, though users should verify dimensions against the specific floor plan. Materials are mapped for immediate application, but users may need to adjust the leather reflection settings in their chosen rendering plugin to achieve the desired sheen. The integrated side table is grouped separately, allowing for quick material swaps or modifications to suit specific interior schemes.

This sofa is ideal for modern living rooms, open-plan apartments, or upscale hotel lounge areas where a sophisticated, low-profile aesthetic is required. Its modular nature makes it particularly effective in large, airy spaces where it can serve as a central focal point. Designers often pair this piece with minimalist floor lamps, large-scale abstract artwork, and neutral area rugs to complement the leather tones.
