Contemporary Tan Leather L-Shaped Sectional Sofa

This contemporary tan leather L-shaped sectional sofa for 3ds Max features a chaise configuration and includes several decorative cushions. Defined by its structured, low-profile frame, this L-shaped sectional sofa is upholstered in smooth tan leather with visible natural grain. The design includes a fixed chaise section on the right, providing an elongated seating area. Included are several scatter cushions in varied textures, including grey fabric and a grey-and-white check pattern, which contrast against the warm leather tones. The sofa sits on slim, cylindrical metal legs that provide a slight lift from the floor. Its clean lines and minimalist silhouette make it a versatile piece for modern living spaces.

The download is a 42.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this model into a 3ds Max scene, merge the file into your project and ensure the pivot point is set to the base of the legs for accurate placement. The leather and fabric textures are likely mapped using standard UVW coordinates, allowing for adjustment of tiling or scale if necessary. For optimal visual results, check that the material definitions are correctly linked to the asset paths and consider applying a subtle displacement map to the leather surfaces to enhance the realism of the creases.

This sectional is well-suited for high-end residential living rooms, open-plan apartments, or boutique hotel lobbies where a balance of comfort and clean design is required. It pairs effectively with low-slung coffee tables, textured area rugs, and minimalist floor lamps. Professionals searching for this asset often look for tan leather furniture, L-shaped seating solutions, or contemporary lounge pieces to anchor a seating area. Its neutral palette allows it to function effectively in both industrial-inspired lofts and more traditional, warm-toned interior design schemes.
