About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa is a 3ds Max model featuring tan leather upholstery, slim metal legs, and decorative black accent cushions. This 3-seater sofa presents a clean, contemporary silhouette defined by its structured frame and supple tan leather upholstery. The design features a two-cushion seat base with subtle horizontal stitching and matching back cushions that offer a soft, lived-in aesthetic. Slender, polished metal legs provide a refined lift, balancing the substantial volume of the seating area. Included in the set are several black velvet-textured throw cushions and a draped throw blanket, which introduce contrast and a layered, comfortable feel to the overall composition of the piece.

The download is a 15.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The leather and fabric materials are mapped to standard objects, allowing for easy adjustment of reflection or bump maps to suit your specific lighting environment. Ensure the pivot point is set to the base for precise floor-level placement. Use the included cushions as separate objects to customise the arrangement or to populate other seating areas within the same project for consistent visual styling.

Ideal for residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or high-end office reception areas, this sofa serves as a versatile anchor for contemporary interior schemes. It pairs well with minimalist coffee tables, textured wool rugs, and ambient floor lighting. Professionals searching for a sophisticated seating solution will find this model suitable for high-quality architectural visualisations, interior design presentations, and concept development. Its neutral palette allows for seamless integration into a wide range of colour schemes and modern design styles.
