Contemporary Beige Leather and Wood Lounge Chair

This contemporary lounge chair 3ds Max model features a distinctive curved, gathered leather backrest and a natural wood frame. This lounge chair combines a soft, gathered leather backrest with a structured, smooth leather seat. The frame is constructed from curved natural wood, which cradles the backrest and forms the base support, accented by slender metal legs. The design balances plush, organic upholstery with clean, architectural lines. The backrest displays a soft, ruched texture, contrasting with the taut, minimalist seat cushion. Its proportions are compact, suitable for intimate seating arrangements, and the combination of warm wood tones and neutral leather creates a refined, sophisticated aesthetic for high-end interior environments.

The download is a 101 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed as a single object with logical layer separation for the upholstery and frame components. Users can easily adjust the material IDs to swap leather textures or wood finishes. The geometry is clean, allowing for efficient placement within larger interior scenes. When importing, ensure the pivot point is set to the base for easy alignment with floor surfaces or rug assets. Standard lighting setups will effectively highlight the contrast between the matte leather and the smooth wood finish.

Ideal for modern residential living rooms, this lounge chair serves as a comfortable accent piece. It is equally appropriate for boutique hotel lobbies, executive office breakout zones, or high-end retail showrooms. Designers often pair this piece with low-profile coffee tables or side tables to create a relaxed reading corner or conversation area.
