Contemporary Black Leather Modular Sofa Lounge Set

This contemporary SketchUp scene features a low-profile black leather modular sofa paired with a marble coffee table and decor. This comprehensive furniture arrangement centres on a low-slung, modular sofa upholstered in black leather, featuring a grid-tufted aesthetic and an integrated shelf at one end. The set includes a dual-material coffee table with one section in polished white marble and the other in clear glass. Complementing the seating is a grey swivel lounge chair and a sculptural, stylized animal figure. All components are arranged on a neutral-toned rug, accompanied by a spherical table lamp and small decorative accessories. The proportions are intentionally low and horizontal, creating a clean, modern silhouette suitable for open-plan living areas.

The download is a 43.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp model into a project, import the file as a component to maintain the grouping structure. Users can easily ungroup the assembly to reposition individual elements or swap materials using the native material editor. Since the scene is organized by logical layers, it is straightforward to toggle off decorative items like the plant or lamp to reduce geometry count. Ensure the rug and furniture are placed on a flat surface and use the scale tool to adjust the overall footprint.

This lounge scene is ideal for residential interior visualization, particularly for high-end apartment living rooms or boutique hotel lobby designs. It works well in contemporary or minimalist schemes where a grounded, horizontal aesthetic is required. Architects and designers can use this set to populate floor plans or create quick, high-quality renders for client presentations. The neutral palette allows it to pair effectively with various wall finishes, from raw concrete to warm timber panelling, making it a versatile choice for diverse project stages.
