Within 3ds Max, this model is structured with logical layering, allowing for independent selection and adjustment of the sofa, tables, and textile elements. Users can easily modify fabric shaders or swap marble textures to suit specific project palettes. The assets are scaled for real-world dimensions, ensuring accurate placement within interior scenes. It is recommended to apply custom environment lighting to best highlight the subtle material variations on the marble surfaces and the deep pile of the rug.

Ideal for residential lounge areas, this set is well-suited for contemporary apartment designs and high-end living room visualizations. It pairs effectively with minimalist interiors or industrial-style spaces where a warm, textured focal point is required.
