The set includes additional decorative elements such as a glass vase with floral arrangement and stacked books, providing a curated look suitable for high-end interior visualisations and architectural presentation work.

The download is a 4.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy selection and material adjustments. Users can quickly swap the fabric textures or wood finishes to match specific project colour palettes. The model is scaled for standard dining heights, allowing for seamless integration into interior scenes. It is recommended to use an instance for the chairs to keep the scene file size manageable while populating larger dining areas or restaurant layouts.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, boutique hotel breakfast areas, and modern cafe environments, this set provides a cohesive focal point for interior design proposals. It pairs exceptionally well with minimalist lighting fixtures and neutral wall treatments, allowing the red upholstery to serve as a bold colour accent. Architects and visualisers often search for these ready-to-use sets when styling open-plan living spaces or staged property photography where a balance of comfort and contemporary form is required for a sophisticated finish.
