Contemporary Rattan and Metal Swing Chair Set in Black

This SketchUp model set features four contemporary swing chairs crafted from rattan and metal, suitable for diverse lounge interiors. This collection comprises four distinct swing chair designs, each offering a unique aesthetic. The set includes a rectangular platform swing suspended by ropes, two arched-frame rattan egg chairs with cushioned seating, and a modern spherical pod chair with a pedestal base. Materials range from natural woven rattan and textured fabric upholstery to sleek black powder-coated metal frames. Proportions vary from open-weave structures to enclosed, intimate seating pods, providing a versatile range of styles. Each model is detailed with integrated cushions and throw pillows, ensuring a complete, ready-to-render appearance for high-quality interior or exterior visualisations.

The download is a 105 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating these assets into a SketchUp scene, utilise the component structure to manage individual chair placement. The models are organised with distinct layers for frames, cushions, and suspension elements, allowing for easy material adjustments or colour variations. Ensure the axes are correctly aligned to the floor plane for accurate positioning. For optimal rendering results, apply high-resolution textures to the rattan and fabric elements, and adjust the metal frame material properties to reflect realistic lighting conditions within your chosen render engine environment.
