Contemporary Off-White Fabric Tropical Living Room Set

This contemporary living room set for SketchUp features an off-white fabric sofa and matching armchairs with dark wood and rattan detailing. This comprehensive furniture collection includes a three-seater sofa, two matching armchairs, a central coffee table, and two circular side tables. Each seating piece features a dark timber frame with integrated rattan side panels, contrasting against plush off-white upholstery. The cushions include a mix of plain and patterned scatter pillows in neutral tones. The low-profile coffee table has a dark timber finish with a reflective top surface, mirroring the aesthetic of the side tables. The set is presented against a decorative arched wall panel featuring a bold, tropical-themed botanical print, creating a cohesive, sophisticated lounge arrangement.

The download is a 70 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 5 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy placement and individual adjustment of each piece. The textures are mapped for realistic rendering, and the geometry is clean, ensuring smooth performance when importing into larger scene files. Users should ensure their model's axis is correctly aligned to the floor plane when placing the group. Adjusting material properties or swapping fabrics can be done by editing the native SketchUp materials, provided the user maintains the original UV mapping for the rattan textures.
