About this asset

This contemporary natural wood storage cabinet for 3ds Max features a clean, minimalist aesthetic with an integrated decorative accessory set. This storage cabinet is constructed from light-toned wood with a smooth finish, showcasing a simple rectangular frame. The front panels are accented by a subtle grid-like overlay, creating a structured, modern appearance. It includes a curated decorative set consisting of two glass vases filled with dried botanical stems and framed artwork. The proportions are compact, making it suitable for smaller living spaces or entryways. The design prioritizes clean lines and functional storage, while the included accessories provide a ready-to-use styling solution for interior visualizations, maintaining a cohesive and natural aesthetic throughout.

The download is a 30.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this model directly into 3ds Max scenes, ensuring the pivot point is set to the base for easy placement. The geometry is organized into logical layers, allowing for the separation of the main cabinet from the decorative objects if required. Materials are applied using standard mapping, which can be adjusted or replaced with custom textures to suit specific project requirements. Proper lighting setup using HDRI or area lights will enhance the wood grain and glass reflections.

Ideal for residential projects, this cabinet functions well in living rooms, entryways, or bedrooms as an accent piece or console. It pairs effectively with minimalist, Scandinavian, or Japandi interiors where natural wood tones are central. Professionals searching for functional storage units, console tables, or styled entryway furniture will find this asset versatile. It is suitable for architectural visualization during the concept or final rendering stages, providing a quick, realistic solution for adding detail to interior scenes without extensive modelling time.
