The download is a 425 MB file containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 25 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this set directly into a 3ds Max scene to populate interior spaces efficiently. Each object is typically grouped or organized by layer, allowing for easy selection and placement on walls or floor surfaces. The models utilize standard material slots, enabling quick adjustments to wood textures or finishes. Given the high number of individual assets, it is recommended to use proxy objects or instances to manage viewport performance while maintaining visual fidelity during the rendering process.
