About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features a long natural wood table paired with twelve black upholstered chairs for office use. This expansive dining set comprises a substantial rectangular table constructed from natural wood, showcasing a prominent grain pattern and a simple slab-leg design. The table is accompanied by twelve matching dining chairs, each featuring a curved, upholstered backrest finished in black fabric. The chairs are supported by slender black metal frames, providing a clean, minimalist silhouette that contrasts with the warmth of the timber tabletop. A small potted plant serves as a decorative centrepiece on the table surface, completing the cohesive, modern aesthetic suitable for professional meeting environments or large residential dining spaces.

The download is an 11.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 13 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users should check the pivot points to ensure the chairs align correctly with the table edges. Applying custom material shaders to the wood and fabric components allows for seamless integration into various render engines. Organising the model into layers by object type—table, chairs, and accessories—facilitates efficient scene management and adjustments to individual elements during the final staging of the architectural visualisation.

Ideal for high-end office boardrooms, collaborative meeting rooms, or large-scale residential dining areas, this set provides a versatile solution for communal seating. It pairs effectively with modern interior palettes and neutral office finishes. Professionals searching for large-scale meeting furniture, conference room setups, or contemporary dining solutions will find this asset highly adaptable. It integrates well into projects requiring a balance of natural warmth and professional-grade minimalism, particularly when staging formal or semi-formal spaces that demand a clean, organised, and functional appearance.
