Contemporary Natural Rattan Lounge Set with Coffee Table

This contemporary SketchUp lounge set features two rattan chairs and a glass-topped coffee table, ideal for residential terrace designs. This lounge set comprises two circular-backed lounge chairs constructed from natural rattan, each featuring a white fabric seat cushion and a matching headrest. The central coffee table is cylindrical, with a slatted rattan base and a circular glass top. The assembly is presented as a complete scene on a circular grey-tiled platform, incorporating a small metal magazine rack, several potted plants of varying heights, and a decorative tray with fruit. The design emphasises organic textures and a light, airy aesthetic suitable for both indoor sunrooms and semi-covered outdoor living spaces.

The download is a 81.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp file directly into their master model as a component. The set is organised with logical grouping, allowing for easy selection of individual chairs or the central table if needed. Materials are mapped with standard textures, which can be adjusted or replaced to match specific project lighting requirements. Ensure the scene origin is aligned with your floor plan for precise placement, and consider using the native layer manager to toggle the decorative plants on or off to manage model complexity.

This set is specifically suited for residential projects, particularly in patio, terrace, or sunroom configurations where a relaxed, organic feel is desired. It pairs effectively with modern minimalist or scandinavian interior schemes. Architects and interior designers often search for this type of asset when detailing leisure zones, outdoor living areas, or hotel lobbies. It is an efficient solution for adding visual interest to rendering views without requiring the time-consuming modelling of detailed rattan weaving or complex decorative elements.
