Contemporary Marble and Wood Kitchen Island Set in Black

This contemporary SketchUp model set features four distinct kitchen island configurations complete with integrated seating and basins. This collection includes four varied kitchen island arrangements, each showcasing a blend of marble, wood, and metal elements. The designs range from minimalist monolithic marble blocks to modular units featuring dark timber base cabinetry and integrated breakfast bars. Each island is paired with coordinating seating, including bar stools and dining chairs with upholstered or wood-finished seats. The set demonstrates diverse spatial solutions for open-plan living, incorporating functional details such as built-in sinks, matte black faucets, and open shelving for decor and storage. The materials are rendered with high-contrast finishes, emphasizing the natural veining of the stone surfaces.

The download is a 33.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import these components into SketchUp as individual groups or components to manage scene complexity. It is recommended to place these islands on a dedicated layer to facilitate toggling during the design process. Materials are applied as standard SketchUp textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted in the material editor to match specific project finishes. Ensure the axis orientation is checked upon insertion to allow for seamless alignment with existing kitchen floor plans and wall geometry within your master model.
