Contemporary Multicolour Fabric Double-Layer Curtain Set

This contemporary double-layer fabric curtain set for SketchUp features two distinct drapery configurations with elegant tie-backs. This set includes two distinct curtain arrangements, each featuring a layered design to provide both privacy and aesthetic depth. The first option presents a neutral, light-toned outer layer paired with complementary rose-tinted panels, secured elegantly with decorative tie-backs and tassels. The second configuration utilises a darker, moody palette with deep brown outer panels and a contrasting, translucent blue central layer. Both models exhibit realistic folding and draping geometry, capturing the natural weight and movement of heavy fabric. The intricate pleating at the header and the soft, organic fall of the material define these high-quality drapery components.

The download is a 53.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these curtain models are best utilised as components to ensure efficient file management. Users should import the file and scale the curtains to match the specific floor-to-ceiling height of the interior space. Because the geometry is complex, apply materials using the paint bucket tool to adjust the transparency of the sheer layers or the reflectivity of the heavier fabrics. For high-quality visualisations, consider using a displacement map on the fabric surfaces to enhance the depth of the folds during rendering.
