The download is a 95.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 32 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these assets are organised as individual components, allowing for efficient placement within a scene. Users can easily scale the items to match specific project requirements or swap material textures using the material editor to align with a broader interior palette. Given the file size, it is recommended to manage these objects within a separate layer or as an external reference to maintain viewport performance when populating larger residential or commercial spaces with multiple units.
