The download is a 7.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 9 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the table and individual chairs. Users can quickly adjust the material IDs to customise the fabric colours or stone textures as needed for specific interior schemes. The geometry is clean, allowing for efficient placement within a scene. When integrating this into a larger project, ensure the pivot points are correctly set at the base of each object to facilitate easy alignment with floor surfaces and proper rotation during the layout process.
