About this asset

This contemporary 2-seater sofa set in SketchUp features a beige fabric upholstery, a marble coffee table, and a grey rug. This cohesive living room set comprises a compact 2-seater sofa upholstered in a neutral beige fabric with clean, linear proportions. The accompanying coffee table features a rounded, organic-shaped top in a grey-veined marble finish, supported by a solid, cylindrical base. A dark grey area rug provides a grounding foundation for the arrangement, while a minimalist, circular wire-frame wall clock serves as a subtle accent piece. Decorative scatter cushions in contrasting grey and brown tones complete the ensemble, offering a balanced palette suitable for modern interiors requiring a refined, understated aesthetic.

The download is a 51.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp model by importing the component into your project file to maintain proper layer organisation. The assets are grouped for easy placement, allowing for quick scaling to match specific floor plan requirements. Apply your preferred render-ready textures to the fabric and stone surfaces for consistent lighting results. Ensure the rug is placed on a separate layer to avoid z-fighting with the floor geometry, and use the provided wall clock as a focal point for your interior elevation views.

Ideal for residential living room layouts, hotel lounge areas, or high-end office reception spaces, this set provides a balanced look for interior design visualisations. It pairs well with minimalist timber flooring or polished concrete surfaces. Professionals searching for lounge furniture sets, contemporary living room staging, or neutral-toned seating arrangements will find this collection versatile for concept development and final presentation work. The neutral colour scheme integrates seamlessly into various contemporary design themes, from light, airy apartments to sophisticated commercial lobby environments.
