About this asset

This contemporary modular TV wall unit for 3ds Max features a monochrome palette with integrated shelving and marble accents. This expansive media wall system combines functional storage with a sophisticated, minimalist aesthetic. The composition features a symmetrical arrangement of solid white cabinetry, contrasting dark wood-look panelling, and vertical marble-clad display sections. Integrated horizontal shelving and low-profile base units provide a clean visual rhythm, while the central section is designed to accommodate a wall-mounted flat-screen television. The design balances closed storage with open display zones, utilising a refined mix of matte finishes and high-contrast textures that define the overall geometric configuration of the wall assembly.

The download is a 72.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this model into a 3ds Max project, ensure the pivot point is aligned with the rear face for easy snapping against wall geometry. The unit is organised by logical material IDs, allowing for quick adjustments to the marble and timber shaders. When scaling, maintain the aspect ratio of the cabinetry to avoid distorting the vertical panel detailing. Use standard lighting setups to highlight the contrast between the matte white surfaces and the dark, textured timber elements for a realistic presentation.

Ideal for high-end residential interiors, this media wall serves as a focal point in open-plan living rooms, sophisticated home cinemas, or luxury lounge areas. It pairs well with minimalist furniture and neutral palettes, providing a structured backdrop for curated decor and media equipment. Professionals often search for this type of bespoke joinery when planning feature walls that require a clean, integrated look. It is suitable for projects ranging from modern apartment fit-outs to expansive contemporary residence designs.
