About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa set, modelled for 3ds Max, features vertical channel tufting and includes two matching floor lamps. The sofa features a distinct linear aesthetic with deep vertical channel tufting across the back and seat, upholstered in a neutral beige fabric. It is framed by a slender metal structure that provides a clean, minimalist silhouette. The set is complemented by a low-profile, two-tiered coffee table combining a dark wood base with a white stone-effect top, and two tall, slender floor lamps with fabric shades and metal frames. The composition is balanced by four decorative cushions in solid and patterned beige tones, creating a cohesive, high-end lounge arrangement.

The download is a 16.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this collection is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation. Users should ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base of each object for efficient placement within a scene. The materials are ready for adjustment, with texture mapping applied to the upholstery and wood surfaces. Lighting can be managed by assigning light properties to the floor lamps, while the overall scale should be verified against the project's floor plan to ensure proper proportions in the final render.

This furniture set is suited for residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, and high-end executive lounges. Its neutral palette and clean lines make it a versatile choice for modern or contemporary interior design schemes. Designers frequently search for these items when staging apartment interiors, luxury suites, or open-plan living areas where a coordinated look is required. It pairs well with minimalist rugs and large-scale wall art, fitting seamlessly into projects that prioritise a refined, uncluttered, and sophisticated aesthetic for their clients.
