About this asset

This contemporary 2-seater sofa, modelled for 3ds Max, features light blue fabric upholstery, tufted back cushions, and wooden legs. This 2-seater sofa exhibits a clean, contemporary silhouette with a focus on functional comfort. The frame is lifted on slender, tapered wooden legs, providing a lightweight visual profile. The backrest consists of two distinct sections, each featuring a subtle central button-tufting detail that adds texture to the light blue fabric finish. The seat is a singular, deep bench cushion, ensuring a sleek appearance. Two square accent cushions with a high-contrast black and white geometric pattern are included, providing a bold visual counterpoint to the soft, muted tones of the main upholstery.

The download is a 58.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into a 3ds Max scene, ensure the object is placed on the floor plane using the snap-to-grid function for accuracy. The fabric material is mapped with a consistent tiling texture; users may need to adjust the UVW map coordinates if scaling the model to fit specific room dimensions. The included accent cushions are separate mesh elements, allowing for repositioning or removal depending on the desired composition. Maintain the original pivot point at the base for easy rotation and placement within interior layouts.

Ideal for residential living rooms, small apartment interiors, or boutique hotel lounges, this sofa serves as a versatile anchor piece for casual seating areas. Its compact 2-seater configuration makes it suitable for tight corners or as part of a larger conversation set when paired with matching armchairs or a coffee table. Professionals searching for a stylish, mid-scale seating solution will find this asset fits well in projects requiring a balance of comfort and modern aesthetic appeal in both private and semi-public spaces.
