About this asset

This contemporary 8-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a grey wood-grain rectangular table paired with eight matching upholstered armchairs. This dining set comprises a large, rectangular table with a prominent grey-toned wood veneer tabletop and a substantial central base. The eight accompanying dining chairs feature a semi-circular, wrap-around backrest design with a two-tone upholstery finish, combining a lighter grey seat and back with darker charcoal-grey detailing on the outer frame. Slim, tapered metal legs support each chair, echoing the minimalist aesthetic of the table support. The set is presented as a complete, ready-to-use configuration, suitable for high-end dining room visualisations where a cohesive, modern furniture suite is required.

The download is a 54.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 9 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical groups for easy manipulation. Users can assign custom materials to the fabric and wood surfaces using standard multi-sub-object material slots. The geometry is clean and suitable for high-quality interior renders. To integrate this into a project, simply merge the file into your scene and align the table to the floor plane. Adjust the lighting to catch the wood grain textures and the subtle sheen of the fabric upholstery for realistic results.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, luxury apartment interiors, or upscale hospitality venues like boutique hotel restaurants, this set provides a balanced, professional look. It pairs well with minimalist pendant lighting, neutral wall treatments, and hardwood flooring. Architects and designers searching for 'modern 8-seater dining set', 'contemporary wood dining table', or 'upholstered dining chairs' will find this model useful for creating clean, inviting spaces in both early-stage concept visualisations and final marketing renders for high-end real estate developments.
