Contemporary Grey Velvet Upholstered Round Bed with Cushions

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a circular upholstered bed finished in grey velvet, complete with decorative cushions and a tray. This statement circular bed features a low-profile, fully upholstered frame wrapped in a soft grey velvet textile. The design includes a curved, integrated headboard that follows the arc of the base, creating a cohesive, monolithic silhouette. The central mattress area is dressed with wrinkled off-white bedding, complemented by a selection of scatter cushions in varying shades of grey, black, and white, including a prominent houndstooth pattern. A small black rectangular tray holding glassware is positioned centrally on the bed, adding a functional detail to the composition. The entire piece exudes a luxurious, soft-touch aesthetic.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the asset is placed at the correct floor level using the snap tool. The model is typically organised by layers, allowing for the easy separation of the base frame, mattress, and individual cushion geometry. Users should verify the mapping coordinates on the velvet upholstery to ensure the pile direction is consistent across the curved surfaces. Lighting setups should focus on highlighting the soft highlights and shadows characteristic of velvet textures to achieve a high-quality, realistic interior visualisation.
