About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model of an off-white boucle barrel armchair features a distinctive rounded backrest and sculptural base. Defined by its soft, organic geometry, this barrel-style armchair is fully upholstered in a textured off-white boucle fabric. The design features a continuous, curved backrest that seamlessly transitions into thick, cylindrical armrests, creating a cohesive and minimalist silhouette. The seat cushion is integrated into the frame, maintaining a clean, uninterrupted profile. A recessed, block-like base provides a subtle contrast in form, elevating the chair slightly from the floor. Its proportions are deep and generous, prioritising comfort while maintaining a strong, sculptural presence suitable for refined interior spaces.

It serves as an ideal focal point in neutral-toned palettes or as a soft, textural contrast in more structured, architectural environments.
