Contemporary Grey Velvet and White Metal Coffee Table Set

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a nested coffee table set comprising a white round table and a grey velvet-upholstered ottoman. This nesting furniture set consists of a circular coffee table with a clean white top and a matching round ottoman upholstered in a soft grey velvet fabric. Both pieces are supported by minimalist black metal frames, providing a cohesive aesthetic. The set is presented as a complete scene, including decorative accessories such as a glass vase with dried foliage, a stack of books, and a laptop. The proportions are balanced for compact living spaces, where the ottoman can tuck neatly beneath the table surface when not in use, maximising floor area efficiently.

The download is a 12.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the table and ottoman components. Users should check the pivot points to ensure correct placement relative to the floor plane. The materials are ready for adjustment within the Slate Material Editor; ensure the texture paths are re-linked if the asset is moved between projects. Lighting can be refined using standard HDRI setups to capture the subtle sheen of the velvet and the reflective qualities of the tabletop.

This set is ideal for modern residential living rooms, studio apartments, or upscale hotel lounge areas where space-saving furniture is required. It complements contemporary interior design schemes, pairing well with low-profile sofas or minimalist armchairs. Professionals searching for functional, stylish living room accents will find this set useful for staging renders that require a lived-in, realistic feel. It is particularly effective for projects in the early design stages where demonstrating flexible furniture arrangements is essential for client presentations and spatial planning.
