About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a tufted grey sofa, a curved armchair, coffee tables, and curated decor elements. The scene is anchored by a large, button-tufted grey sofa with deep-set upholstery and low, rolled arms. Accompanying the primary seating is a minimalist white armchair with a curved back, a cylindrical fluted coffee table, and a slender black side table with a stone top. A dark leather bench adds a grounding contrast, while a large abstract framed artwork and floor lamp provide height. The arrangement sits on a textured brown rug, creating a cohesive, high-end lounge aesthetic suitable for both residential interiors and luxury hospitality lobby designs.

The download is a 130 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for SketchUp, this scene is delivered as a consolidated model, allowing for easy import into larger project files. The components are organised by object type, enabling users to isolate the sofa, tables, or decor items for use in other compositions. Materials are mapped for immediate rendering, though users should ensure their native textures are linked correctly upon insertion. The scale is set to real-world measurements, making it simple to drop into floor plans or interior elevations for quick client visualisation.

This furniture collection is ideal for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel suites, and sophisticated reception areas where a polished, layered look is required. Professionals can use this set during the concept and design development stages to populate interior renders. It pairs well with modern minimalist architecture and contemporary interior schemes.
