Contemporary Grey Timber Three-Bay Sliding Door Wardrobe

Contemporary grey timber three-bay sliding door wardrobe for SketchUp, featuring integrated shelving, drawers, and hanging rods. This contemporary wardrobe features a three-bay configuration with sliding glass-fronted doors. The unit is constructed from a combination of light natural wood framing and grey textured timber panels, offering a balanced, neutral aesthetic. The internal layout is highly organised, comprising a central section with deep drawers and open shelving, flanked by two larger bays dedicated to hanging storage. Included accessories such as folded linens, hung clothing items, and minimalist storage boxes provide a realistic, lived-in appearance. The design prioritises functional division, making it an efficient solution for modern bedroom storage requirements.

The download is a 22.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this wardrobe into a SketchUp scene, utilise the component structure to manage layers efficiently. Best practice involves placing the model on a dedicated storage layer to facilitate easy toggling during the design process. Scaling should be handled carefully to maintain the integrity of the timber textures. For rendering, ensure the glass materials are assigned appropriate transparency and reflection properties, while the internal lighting can be supplemented with soft area lights to highlight the contents within the bays.
