About this asset

This contemporary 6-seater dining set in SketchUp features a stone-top rectangular table and upholstered chairs with metal legs. The ensemble consists of a rectangular dining table supported by a singular, substantial curved pedestal base, topped with a grey veined stone surface. Accompanying the table are six dining chairs, each featuring a curved, upholstered backrest and seat, finished in a neutral beige fabric. The chair frames are supported by slender, tapered black metal legs, providing a lightweight contrast to the table's solid base. A minimalist linear pendant light with a circular accent ring is included, positioned centrally above the table to define the dining space's proportions and vertical scale.

The download is a 61.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 7 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy separation of the table, individual chairs, and the light fixture. Users can modify the material finish of the stone tabletop or chair upholstery using the materials tray to match project-specific palettes. For efficient viewport performance, ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer, and utilise the component instances to adjust the seating arrangement or scale the table to fit specific floor plans if necessary.

This dining set is suited for modern residential dining rooms, high-end apartment projects, and boutique hospitality interiors. It pairs effectively with minimalist interior schemes, marble flooring, and neutral wall textures. Professionals searching for a balanced, contemporary dining solution will find this set useful for creating cohesive living-dining open-plan layouts. It is an ideal asset for mid-to-late stage design development where furniture specification and spatial planning are critical, providing a clean, professional look for client-facing visualisations and interior design presentations.
