Contemporary Grey Sectional Sofa Living Room Set

This contemporary living room set for 3ds Max includes a tufted sectional sofa, a blue armchair, a marble coffee table, and a plush rug. This collection features a low-profile sectional sofa with a tufted seating surface and a prominent chaise section. The piece is finished in a neutral grey fabric, complemented by dark grey and navy blue throw cushions. Accompanying the sofa is a modern armchair upholstered in deep blue fabric, supported by a sleek metallic base. The central element is a square coffee table with a white marble top and dark base, resting on a charcoal grey shaggy rug. The arrangement offers a balanced mix of textures and complementary tones suitable for high-end residential interiors.

The download is a 50.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this set into a 3ds Max scene, use the native object grouping to manage the individual components easily. The items are scaled for standard architectural interior dimensions. Apply high-quality fabric and stone shaders to the respective elements to ensure realistic light interaction. The rug is best handled as a separate layer to control its density and shadow casting. Ensure proper pivot point placement for each furniture piece to facilitate quick snapping and alignment within your floor plan layouts.

This living room set is ideal for staging luxury residential projects, hotel suites, and executive lounge areas. It works well in open-plan layouts where a defined seating zone is required. Professionals can use this set to quickly populate contemporary interior visualisations, pairing it with minimalist wall treatments or large-format glazing. Search for this asset when looking for complete furniture arrangements that provide a cohesive aesthetic, reducing the need for individual item sourcing in high-end design proposals or architectural presentation renderings.
