About this asset

This contemporary 4-seater dining set in 3ds Max features a grey metal table and wire-frame chairs with a matching linear pendant. This dining ensemble comprises a rectangular table with thick, solid legs and four matching chairs, each crafted from slender metal rods arranged in a horizontal wire-frame pattern. The design is monochromatic, finished in a consistent grey tone that emphasises the minimalist, industrial-inspired form. Accompanying the set is a linear, suspended pendant light fixture, which echoes the grey metal aesthetic of the furniture. The composition is clean and functional, suitable for modern interiors where a cohesive, understated look is required. All pieces are modelled to maintain a balanced, lightweight visual presence in a scene.

The download is a 20.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this set into a 3ds Max scene, import the model and ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned to the floor plane. The chairs are individual objects, allowing for flexible arrangement around the table. Apply materials using the native material editor to match your lighting conditions. Because the geometry is based on thin wire elements, verify that your render settings have sufficient sampling to avoid aliasing artifacts on the chair frames, especially when viewed from a distance.

This dining set is ideal for contemporary kitchen-dining areas, open-plan lofts, and modern apartment projects. It pairs effectively with industrial or minimalist decor schemes. Professionals often search for this type of asset when visualising compact dining spaces or trendy cafe interiors. Whether placed in a residential dining room or a boutique hospitality setting, the set provides a neutral, architectural foundation that works well with varying wall textures, such as exposed brick or polished plaster, to create a refined, functional aesthetic.
