Contemporary Grey Fabric L-Shaped Sofa Living Room Scene in Brown

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a grey fabric L-shaped sofa, a leather butterfly chair, and a curated selection of decor. This comprehensive furniture grouping centres on a modular grey fabric L-shaped sofa with a chaise lounge, supported by slim metal legs. The arrangement includes a brown leather butterfly-style accent chair, a low-profile coffee table with a glass top and sculpted wood base, and a tripod floor lamp. A small side table with a cylindrical stone base, a patterned cowhide rug, and three framed wall art pieces complete the set. The proportions are balanced for standard residential layouts, offering a cohesive aesthetic that blends soft textiles with warm wood tones and clean-lined metal accents.

The download is a 39.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this scene into a SketchUp project, import the model as a grouped component to maintain the spatial relationships between the individual elements. Users can easily toggle the visibility of the decorative items or the rug by managing the layers or tags within the file. For realistic rendering output, ensure the texture maps for the fabric and leather surfaces are correctly scaled, and apply reflective properties to the glass coffee table to enhance depth in the final scene composition.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this living room set provides a ready-made solution for staging open-plan apartments, family houses, or high-end show homes. It sits comfortably in contemporary or transitional interiors, pairing well with neutral wall treatments and timber flooring. Professionals searching for lounge area assets, home staging furniture, or complete room compositions will find this kit efficient for quick architectural visualisation and concept development. The set is particularly useful for establishing a focal point in a master living room layout.
