Contemporary Grey Fabric L-Shaped Sectional Sofa Scene in Blue

This contemporary SketchUp living room scene features a grey fabric L-shaped sectional sofa paired with an armchair and decor. The primary element is a low-profile, L-shaped sectional sofa upholstered in a light grey textured fabric, featuring a chaise extension on the right side. The set includes a coordinating lounge chair with a two-tone shell, a round black coffee table, a small pedestal side table, and a patterned ottoman. The arrangement is grounded by a textured grey area rug and backed by a feature wall composed of dark timber vertical slats and light-toned panels. Decorative elements include accent cushions in deep blue, a large framed wall print, and various tabletop accessories.

The download is a 35.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is organised into nested groups for easy manipulation of individual components. Users can adjust the overall placement within a model by selecting the entire assembly or isolating the sofa for use in smaller layouts. Materials are applied as standard textures, allowing for quick adjustments to fabric colours or wood finishes using the material editor. The model is scaled for architectural accuracy, making it suitable for quick interior visualisations and client presentations without requiring complex geometry cleanup.

This comprehensive furniture set is ideal for residential interior design projects, specifically for staging living rooms and open-plan lounge areas in contemporary apartments or houses. It also functions well in hospitality lobby visualisations or high-end office breakout spaces. Designers seeking a cohesive, pre-composed furniture layout will find this asset useful for rapid prototyping and mood-board development. It pairs effectively with modern interior styles and can be easily adapted for various floor plans by adjusting the arrangement of the individual tables and seating pieces.
