Contemporary Grey Marble Wall TV Unit

This contemporary 3ds Max model of a wall TV unit features grey marble cladding and vertical slatted wood accents for a feature wall. This wall-mounted TV unit combines a substantial grey marble feature panel with a structured, vertical slatted wood backdrop. The assembly includes a floating marble shelf base and a black recessed media housing unit, which incorporates an integrated vertical display niche. The contrast between the cool, veined marble surfaces and the warm, rhythmic timber slats provides a sophisticated aesthetic. The design is compact yet multi-layered, effectively framing the television while providing minimal storage surfaces for decorative objects and media components. The clean lines and material interplay suit high-end interior schemes requiring a focal point.

The download is a 14.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers to facilitate easy material editing and object placement. Users should check the pivot point alignment to ensure flush mounting against the wall surfaces. The marble textures are mapped to highlight the natural veining patterns, while the slatted wood elements are instantiated for efficient memory management. Lighting can be integrated into the recessed sections by applying emissive materials or placing hidden light sources to enhance the depth of the vertical slats and the marble finish.
